It is a part of the sculpture Viewpoint, which can be seen in the blog from June/juni. I show here the procedure with creating a staircase by hand.
First of all have I burned the surface with a gas-jet to get a raw surface and then have I drilled all those holes for wedges, for spliting the stone. Finaly I work with a chisel to cut away all marks after drilling.
Just nu arbetar jag med trappan. Fem trappsteg upp, en liten plattform och fem trappsteg ner. Det är en del av skulpturen UTSIKT, som kan ses i bloggen från juni. Jag visar här proceduren med att skapa en trappa för hand. Först av allt har jag bränt på ytan med en gaslåga för att få en flammad yta och sedan har jag borrat alla dessa hål för kilar för att dela stenen. Efteråt arbetar jag med kantmejsel för att hugga bort alla märken efter borrning.
Právě teď delám schody. Pět schúdkú nahoru, malá plosinka a pět schúdkú dolu. Tyto schody jsou cástí díla VYHLÍDKA/Viewpoint, které publikuji v blogu z cervna/ juni. Ukazuji zde postup s vytvářením schodiště ručně. Ponejprv jsem sezehla povrch kamene plynovou tryskou abych získala surový povrch a pak jsem navrtala díry pro klíny na rozlomení kamene. Nakonec opracovávám okraje dlátem abych odstranila stopy po vrtání.
